  Mr. Zhang Junqing, member of CFPA provided the following black-white photos, so that we have the chance to see what the festival was in thirty years ago.
As the spring coming in April, young boys and girls gather to look for lovers by the way of singing and dancing. It is a formal and important ceremony for youth, because the marriage will not be accepted by the family and clan until the couple met here.

  About six hundreds years ago, the emperor of Ming Dynasty sent a big army to Anshun Town in middle Guizhou Province as military defence. So the village with the military and residentia style formed, and the Han Nationality people lived here in such area of minorities.
