Ram Fighting by the Yellow River

  The history of ram fighting can be dated back to the period of the Three Kingdoms, some 1,700 yeas ago. It was usually held at temple fairs. In the late 1970s, the Ram Fighting Association was established and the since then this kind of entertainment activity has become well organized.  
   
  1. Competing rams, famous for their bellicose nature, are raised in the areas along the ancient Yellow River valley.  
   
  2. The marching-in of the competing rams are due to start.  
   
  4. The rams are categorized into different grades in accordance with their ages.  
   
  5. This fighting is the most bloody, in which the master guides the rams to fight.  
   
  6. The final winner is crowned king ram.
