  The preserved ham of Fengxiang county in Shaanxi Province was founded in Qing dynasty. Deng Wanyi,72, is the sixth continuator of this business. His son and daughter-in-law have inherited his craftmanship, running a well-known preserved ham workshop.  
 

 
  2.Deng's daughter has participated in the butchering step of the ham manufacturing process.  
 

 
  3. Putting a whole donkey leg in the jar and having it pickled.  
 

 
  4. Airing and freezing the donkey legs in winter.  
 

 
  5. The successors of the business do the cooking by themselves or give directions to their assistants.
