Hele Mian is a kind of noodle, which is made from buckwheat, broomcorn,
or the wheat. The prepared mixed flour is processed with Hele lathe, which
is special tool with leak. The workers sit on lever to press the prepared
flour into noodle. The shaped noodle drops into the boiling water directly.
No one knows at what time the unique traditional procession has become
well-know flavor nosh in the north area in China.

machines have been used, and the traditional procession will be past.)
